WIIT records strong growth in the first nine months of 2022

Milan, November 21, 2022 - WIIT S.p.A.*, one of the leading European cloud computing providers in the Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud market, specializing in business continuity services and mission-critical applications for enterprises, continues to record increasing revenues and profits in the first nine months of 2022.

As of September 30th, the Group generated revenue of EUR 85.3 million, up 61.1% compared to the same period of the previous year. The Group's German business accounted for 51.1% of the turnover. Adjusted net income, which amounted to EUR 7.4 million in the same period last year, increased by 29.5% to EUR 9.6 million as of September 30, 2022. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 37% to EUR 29.8 million.

WIIT Group's growth is largely attributable to its focus on value-added services and cloud services, new customer acquisition, cross-selling to customers of acquired companies, and consolidation of the Group's companies.

One of the long-term contracts mentioned by Alessandro Cozzi is the seven-year contract with InfoCert. This contract provides for the provision of managed hybrid cloud services by WIIT and has a total value of over eight million euros.
