New 7-year agreement worth over Euro 8 million with Infocert S.p.A., Tinexta Group a leading company in the Digital Trust Services market

Milan, November 09, 2022 - WIIT S.p.A.*, ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the main European players in the market of Cloud Computing services for businesses, focused on the provision of continuous Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud services for applications critics, has signed a seven-year contract, for a total value of over Euro 8 million, with InfoCert S.p.A. (the "Client"), TInexta Group, Europe's leading Digital Trust Service Provider. The offer includes both Managed Hybrid Cloud services and additional add-ons in the definition and quantification phase.

InfoCert has chosen WIIT as its partner for the next seven years for the H24 management of its services. Initially, the current InfoCert systems covered by the agreement, while remaining physically in the two data centres in use, will be managed and governed centrally by WIIT with 24/7 active support, with the aim of guaranteeing the usability and continuity of the Client's critical business processes.

A process of transformation of the service model will then be activated, which envisages a structural improvement of the service level, thanks also to the integration of the WIIT Datacentres in Italy and Europe into the InfoCert operating platform, so as to guarantee maximum resilience with the highest possible level of certification.

The contract, which is based on architectures that offer the customer the scalability needed to support future growth quickly and securely, reflects the increasingly felt need in the Professional Services sector for agile Cloud platforms that are functional for digital transformation processes. The offer will be able to scale up over time also thanks to the implementation of innovative technologies and models that will enable InfoCert to look ahead to the next few years and support its growth, both in Italy and abroad, by further expanding the services to be provided to its users, leveraging the WIIT group's European network of infrastructures and expertise.

"We are proud to embark on this important journey with a company that represents Italian innovation in the world of Digital Services. This agreement demonstrates how, in Italy too, the Cloud increasingly represents the enabler of digital transformation, not only for companies, but also for all companies that in turn provide services to clients." commented Alessandro Cozzi, CEO of WIIT. "The trust of such a prestigious client further confirms WIIT's growing credibility and uniqueness in the world of continuous Hybrid and Hosted Private Cloud services for critical applications."

Danilo Cattaneo, CEO of InfoCert, commented: "With more than 5,000 Enterprise customers in 30 countries using our services within business-critical processes, such as customer on-boarding and digital contract signing, InfoCert has embarked on this journey with WIIT, a leading Italian player in the geographies in which our organisation operates, in order to offer customers maximum reliability, having more than 10 datacentres located in Italy and Europe at our disposal for the provision of our services."
