The hands-on-time support packages to help you

We offer you customised hands-on-time support packages, meaning that you can commission our qualified technicians for yourself. This option is always available and can be requested at short notice. In addition, colocation customers can utilise first-class service in the field of managed hosting. Depending on the colocation product you order, you can utilize individual services in the field of managed hosting. Here, you have the option to book a load balancer or a firewall for your rack or cage.
